About the Role
The Production Coordinator is a key operational role responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of productions by managing logistics, coordinating activities, and assisting with cost tracking. Working closely with the Production Management team, this role provides hands-on support both in the office and onsite to ensure productions run efficiently and on schedule. The role involves organising shoots and onsite bookings, coordinating crew onboarding and scheduling, liaising with third-party suppliers and internal departments, and managing production documentation such as call sheets and risk assessments. The Production Coordinator will also track costs daily, assist with post-production paperwork, and support health and safety procedures. This position includes working on coverage of the 2027 Women’s World Cup in Brazil and requires championing IMG’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives as well as supporting mental health programmes and sustainability goals.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience as a Production Coordinator, ideally with international experience across diverse projects including live OBs and remote production operations. Strong cost management skills in collaboration with Production Managers and Finance teams. Knowledge of production and post-production technologies, workflows, archive and music clearance processes, production insurance, and health and safety requirements. Experience working directly with clients and on-screen talent. Confident managing large crew teams during pre-production and event time. Experience working with international teams and stakeholders where English is not a first language is essential. Multi-language skills are desirable.
