About the Role
IMG Studios is seeking an experienced and talented Production Executive to join our busy and dynamic golf team. Reporting to the Head of Golf Content and Head of Production, and overseeing a team of Production Managers, this senior client-facing role drives the day-to-day production output for European Tour Productions golf content. The role covers live events year-round globally, including World Feed coverage of the DP World Tour, as well as non-live content such as Challenge Tour events, Digital, and Original & Branded content.

This challenging and demanding role acts as a key liaison between production and shared services including Finance, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing multiple cost trackers and budgeting complex live events
- Managing commercial negotiations and ensuring all contracts and legal paperwork are in place
- Line managing a team of Production Managers, including training, appraisals, and recruitment
- Acting as the key contact for Outside Broadcast suppliers and working closely with Technical Managers
- Providing tactical oversight of Security, Health & Safety, and Risk Management on events and shoots
- Forward planning and setting up new events, managing workload and resources across the production team
- Championing IMG’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and sustainability goals
- Occasionally covering Production Managers’ leave and travelling to events as required

The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple productions and stakeholders effectively while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational efficiency.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Line Producer, Production Executive, or extensive experience as a Production Manager with live event credits
- Proven financial, legal, risk, and people management skills with autonomous decision-making ability
- Strong project management skills managing multiple productions simultaneously
- Knowledge of Outside Broadcast workflows and experience working on live events
- Experience managing production teams including Production Managers and Coordinators
- Extensive knowledge of archive clearance, music clearance, filming permits, contracts, insurance, risk assessments, and Health & Safety
- Solid understanding of employment and tax law, including negotiating agreements
- Proven ability to create, manage, and track large programme budgets
- Experience working directly with clients, federations, and broadcasters

Qualifications
- Safe Management of Productions (Health & Safety) training (provided if not current)
- BAFTA Albert sustainable production training or equivalent (provided if not current)
