As a Project Manager in AI Enablement, you will oversee the planning, execution, and release of multiple ML/GenAI projects aligned with Moody’s strategic objectives. You will manage dependencies across internal and external squads, facilitate quarterly planning and roadmap alignment, and champion Agile methodologies by coaching cross-functional teams. You will engage with senior stakeholders, ensure transparency through dashboards and performance reporting, and assist with product pilot programmes and rollouts. Your role will be critical in identifying and mitigating delivery risks, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with data science, ML operations, and front-end teams to optimize release processes and reduce time-to-market. You will ensure alignment of delivery with product vision and business strategy.

Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience delivering AI/Machine Learning initiatives across complex enterprise environments
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges
- Experience coaching Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban, driving ceremonies and continuous improvement
- Skilled in backlog management, prioritization, and aligning scope, timeline, and quality across squads
- Strong stakeholder communication skills including project status updates, risk management, and decision facilitation
- Experience maintaining project reporting, dashboards, and enforcing delivery standards
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile estimation techniques (story points, velocity, burndown)
- Preferred: Working knowledge of data science workflows, coding concepts, AWS, enterprise deployments, and multi-squad coordination across regions and cross-functional teams
- Good knowledge of finance concepts, notably financial analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred; candidates with business-related degrees will also be considered if they have prior hands-on technical experience
- Professional certifications such as PMP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) are highly desirable
