About the Role
The Project Operations Coordinator at Tripadvisor drives operational momentum within the Travel Experiences division by leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance support for global travelers. This role is pivotal in keeping key initiatives on track, monitoring AI-driven support workflows, and delivering clear, actionable updates to leadership. You will focus on eliminating friction across the traveler journey—from booking tours and activities to on-the-ground support—ensuring seamless scaling of operations to keep travelers moving. Key responsibilities include leading operational reporting, overseeing AI support implementations, tracking project timelines across multiple teams, optimizing support ticketing processes with AI automation, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with front-line traveler support teams.

Experience
2–4 years in customer operations, CX project management, or travel tech operations. Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer service platforms such as Zendesk AI, Intercom, or Salesforce, and workflow automations. Proven ability to drive cross-functional accountability and manage high-stakes deliverables.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational data into clear business updates. Passionate about travel culture with a deep understanding of traveler pain points throughout their journey. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborating across diverse teams.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace platforms related to tours, attractions, and activities. Experience deploying generative AI features or automated chat resolution systems. Project management certification such as CAPM, Scrum Master, or PMP coursework is a plus. Experience in fast-paced tech, startup, or rapidly scaling corporate environments is desirable.
