About the Role
The HRS03 HV Power Rail Systems Contract is delivered by the Siemens Mobility Costain Joint Venture (SMCjv) on behalf of High Speed 2 (HS2). This role is integral to enabling successful digital delivery across SMCjv, providing 25kV Traction and 33kV/11kV Non-traction HV power for HS2’s rail system Phases 1 and 3 between London Euston and Birmingham. The works cover multiple disciplines including HV power, SCADA, Civils, Protection & Control, EMC, E&B, and LV power.

Reporting to the Digital Engineering Lead, the ProjectWise Admin will be responsible for the technical configuration and administration of Bentley ProjectWise for SMCjv in line with works information and instructed changes. The role involves both internal and external client engagement, requiring strong collaboration with the client’s Common Data Environment (CDE) team.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining folder structures, workflows, permissions, metadata rules, and automation scripts; managing data interfaces with Employer CDE systems; monitoring system performance and ensuring data integrity; configuring and maintaining CAD workspaces for Bentley and Autodesk platforms; implementing Bentley Deliverables Manager and preparing for iTwin deployment; validating metadata and deliverables through iDAT and other processes; producing onboarding materials and delivering training sessions; liaising with Bentley Systems and other vendors; ensuring compliance with HS2 and ISO 19650 standards; and providing system usage and validation reports to the Digital Engineering Lead.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience configuring and administering Bentley ProjectWise for large infrastructure projects
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 processes and data workflows
- Experience managing ProjectWise for both graphical and non-graphical documents
- Ability to configure Bentley Managed Workspaces for MicroStation, OpenBuildings, and related CAD tools
- Strong understanding of metadata, naming conventions, and automation
- Experience creating clear user guidance and delivering end-user training (PowerPoint, workshops)
- Strong communication skills

Qualifications
- Desirable: Degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Bentley ProjectWise Administration training or certification
- ISO 19650 Foundation or Practitioner certification

Desirable Skills
- Experience on HS2 or other major UK infrastructure programmes
- Knowledge of Autodesk integration within ProjectWise
- Familiarity with Bentley Deliverables Manager and iTwin
- Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting for automation
- Understanding of CDE integration with systems such as AIMS, eB/ALIM, and ArcGIS
