About the Role
As a Property Contract Officer within the Temporary Accommodation Supply and Operations team, you will provide high-quality operational support by assisting with the administration, monitoring, and coordination of property contracts across the portfolio. Your role will be varied and dynamic, including monitoring contractor performance and contract compliance, resolving invoice queries, raising purchase orders, and recording expenditure. You will maintain accurate records, documentation, and systems to support effective contract delivery. Working alongside contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, you will respond to queries and identify, track, and escalate operational issues. Most importantly, you will ensure Westminster’s residents and communities have access to safe, secure, and high-quality temporary accommodation.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within housing, property, contracts, or compliance. Experience supporting contract administration processes, monitoring or tracking performance indicators, and assisting with financial, compliance, audit, or inspection processes through accurate record keeping.
