Salary
£35,951 to £39,531 per annum (London weighted salary) depending on experience plus Essential Car User (ECU) allowance if policy requirements are met*

The LLR portfolio is rapidly expanding and is set to become one of the largest in London, helping thousands of residents take their first step toward owning a home. This role offers the opportunity to work in a passionate, high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer impact in a fast-paced environment.
As a Property Manager within the LLR team, you will be responsible for maximising rental income and minimising void periods across your portfolio, supporting property acquisitions and onboarding new homes into the scheme, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards, and delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse resident base. You will manage tenancies and assets to ensure long-term sustainability and conduct routine checks to identify fraud, subletting, and tenancy breaches.
This role will require more than the usual 1–2 days office attendance until training is completed, with an agile working approach thereafter.

Experience
- Proven experience in property management and lettings, ideally within the private rented sector.
- Strong understanding of London Living Rent and its role in the housing market.
- Experience in tenancy renewals, complaint resolution, legal tenancy processes, and arrears management.
- Knowledge of Assured Shorthold Tenancies, legal notices, and tenancy compliance.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems, especially Microsoft D365.
