About the Role

As a Quality Assurance and Audit Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across council operations, supporting continuous improvement and effective governance.

Experience
Proven experience in quality assurance, audit management, or a related field within a complex organisation. Demonstrable ability to lead audit programmes, manage risk, and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Detail-oriented and analytical with strong leadership and communication skills. Able to work collaboratively across departments and influence positive change. Committed to upholding high standards of governance and compliance.

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications in audit, quality management, or related disciplines are desirable. A strong understanding of public sector governance and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
