About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. The hospital provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment offering personalised treatment for female service users with eating disorders or personality disorders across two specialist wards. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to process information quickly in a calm and controlled manner at all times is essential. Your day-to-day duties will include providing a professional and welcoming reception experience, greeting visitors and notifying the appropriate staff of their arrival, ensuring visitors sign in and out and patients leaving and returning are recorded appropriately, answering and transferring incoming calls and taking messages where necessary, sorting and distributing post, assisting with general office duties, keeping the reception area clean and tidy, and promoting the safety and security of all site users by ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience working as a Receptionist in a healthcare setting with excellent communication and customer care skills.

Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent, demonstrating good numeracy and literacy.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) and telephone systems.
