About the Role
Are you an experienced Refrigeration Fabric Engineer looking for a better work-life balance? Join Arcus FM and enjoy a role where you work 45 hours per week but effectively only 43 hours on weekdays, with banked hours towards a weekend on-call rota every 7 weeks. You will carry out fabrication repairs of refrigeration equipment across various client stores, including cold rooms, shop floor cabinets, integral doors, furniture, and fittings. Adherence to Arcus and client Health & Safety procedures is essential.

You will be responsible for completing your job list within agreed timescales and take pride in delivering high standards of work. The role involves working mostly independently but occasionally within small teams of Fabric Engineers, so a collaborative and easy-going nature is important. While you will be experienced in repairs and require minimal supervision, support will be provided for using the computer system.

This role can be challenging, especially during peak seasons such as summer when urgent repairs are needed to meet SLA timescales. You will enjoy meeting new people and building strong relationships across client stores.

Experience
- Proven experience in installation and repair of cold rooms and refrigeration cabinets.
- Experience in basic electrical repairs and replacement of trim heaters and defrost heaters.
- NICEIC Accessory Course qualification.

- NICEIC Accessory Course is required.
