Hours
Night shift, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week with an on-call rota (1-4 or 1-8) depending on busy periods

Salary
£29,552 per annum plus £3,595 night shift allowance

About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a dedicated Water Leak Technician to join a friendly and dynamic team. You will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across client stores. Your duties will include providing a first line response to water leaks, identifying sources, repairing and replacing faulty pipework or components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays where appropriate.

You will effectively diagnose faults and failures with equipment and systems, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary. Ensuring all jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and meeting relevant KPIs is essential. Compliance with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements is mandatory.

Planning routes and managing daily workload efficiently is key, with a strong focus on prioritizing aged work orders and maintaining a first-time fix work ethic.

Experience
Experience in water leak or drainage works is advantageous
Basic plumbing experience or knowledge required
Basic electrical knowledge desired but not essential
Other trade or industry qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential
