About the Role
Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Arcus FM is recruiting a dedicated Senior Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Operations team. You will ensure our mechanical, electrical, and fabric infrastructure is well-maintained, compliant, and responsive to the needs of our site-based client.

As Senior Multi Skilled Shift Engineer, you will support and work alongside onsite Multi Skilled Shift Engineers to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance services across our client portfolio using CAFM systems and handheld devices. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency in all engineering operations while upholding high standards aligned with company values.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years time-served in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fabric disciplines
- Experience working with CAFM systems and handheld devices preferred

Qualifications
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (required)
- Desirable qualifications include:
-- City & Guilds Part 3 or NVQ Level 2
-- 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations
-- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
-- IPAF / PASMA certification within last 3 years
-- Valid First Aid certificate
-- Experience as an LV/HV Authorised Person
-- Full UK Driving Licence
