About the Role
Ealing Council has an exciting opportunity for a Rents and Service Charge Manager to join on a full-time basis. You will work closely with the Council's finance and regeneration departments to calculate and set the annual rents and service charges for existing and new stock across the Council's residential and commercial portfolio. In this role, you will provide operational management and performance oversight of the Council's rent and service charge function, ensuring full compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) Rent Standard and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 & 1987. You will be responsible for delivering a high-performing and customer-focused service, maintaining strong financial control, and maximising income within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA). This is a key leadership position where you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, embed a culture of high performance, and drive continuous improvement to ensure services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with a resident-focused approach. Experience
Proven experience in managing rent and service charge functions within a housing or local government environment is essential. Experience in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards is required. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver continuous service improvements.

Qualifications
