About the Role
Join our Resident Involvement Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and play a key role in driving forward our ambitious resident involvement and accountability programme. You will work within a small, collaborative, impact-focused and values-driven team at the heart of the organisation, in the Governance and Transformation Directorate. Your role will focus on building strong relationships with residents interested in getting involved, matching them with meaningful volunteer opportunities that align with their interests, skills, and talents. You will also gather and use resident feedback to ensure our involvement opportunities are supportive, inclusive, meaningful, and enjoyable for all participants.

This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of L&Q’s strategic approach to resident involvement and accountability. You will help create impactful resident involvement activities that strengthen resident-centred working cultures, organisational behaviours, and ongoing business improvements. Key responsibilities include onboarding involved residents, managing communications and ongoing contact with residents and business stakeholders, organising events, supporting Resident Involvement and Accountability Partners with project delivery, and responding to general queries about resident involvement.

Benefits include an excellent pension plan (up to 6% double contribution), 28 days annual leave rising to 31 days with length of service plus bank holidays, Westfield Health Cash Plan, non-contributory life assurance, up to 21 hours paid volunteering days, lifestyle benefits, Employee Assistance Programme, and more. Early applications are encouraged as the recruitment process may close earlier than advertised.
