About the Role
Join Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) as a Resident Liaison Officer within our Planned & Major Works team. You will be the key point of contact for residents during planned works, ensuring they feel informed, supported and valued throughout the process. This role involves building strong relationships with residents, contractors and colleagues to deliver a smooth and positive experience. SHP is committed to placing residents at the centre of everything we do, continuously improving services based on feedback and involving residents in decisions about their homes.

Experience
- Strong background in customer service and engagement, with the ability to improve satisfaction.
- Experience in housing or local government is an advantage.

About you
- Excellent understanding of customer care, especially when supporting vulnerable residents.
- Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills – approachable, tactful and able to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised, able to manage busy workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Google applications.
- Proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
- Willingness to complete or uphold a standard DBS check.

No specific qualifications are required; however, relevant experience and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
