The Senior Lighting Engineer will support the Principal Engineer in managing the design team and delivering a variety of street lighting schemes and maintenance programmes. You will also coordinate with the term maintenance contractor to ensure smooth project delivery.

The Design & Delivery team consists of approximately 30 staff across various roles including Team Lead, Principal Engineers, Senior Engineers, Graduates, Technicians, and Apprentices. The team covers Street Lighting, TMOs, Planned Maintenance, Vehicle Crossovers, and Surveys.

Experience
- Previous experience managing team members to deliver a range of schemes.
- Experience working within a Local Authority and/or Consultancy is beneficial.
- Knowledge of street lighting maintenance programmes.
- Local knowledge of the Kingston and Sutton highway network is desirable.
