About the Role
As a Resuscitation Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality resuscitation training across the Trust. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training sessions to healthcare professionals to ensure they are competent and confident in resuscitation techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners. You will contribute to improving patient outcomes by ensuring staff are well-prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Experience
Experience in delivering clinical training or education, preferably in resuscitation or related healthcare fields, is desirable.

You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences. You are passionate about education and patient safety, with a commitment to continuous professional development. You work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Relevant clinical qualifications and certification in resuscitation training are preferred. Evidence of teaching or training qualifications would be advantageous.
