About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Superdrug, you will work alongside the Store Manager to lead and inspire a passionate team to exceed targets. You will drive sales through effective promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Creating a fun and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues is key, while ensuring operational excellence through audits, budgets, and stock management. Experience
Previous retail management experience, ideally 1+ years.
