About the Role
Join the Roofing Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Roofing Coordinator on a fixed term basis. You will coordinate the roofing service, working closely with roofers, contractors, and other Maintenance Services teams, supporting the Operations Support Team Leader. This role involves back-office administration to support direct maintenance service delivery, ensuring professional and excellent customer service daily. Your daily tasks will include using various systems to organise, plan, and process data, providing accurate and current information for the team. You will review outstanding work orders, support the roofing team with administrative duties such as completing S20 and latent defect referrals, liaising with scaffold contractors, checking warranties, and handling ad hoc planning. You will also review D365 cases for the working at heights team, take ownership for resolution within SLA, and provide updates on complaints when required.

Experience
Knowledge and experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
