0-40 hours per week / Available to work some weekends. Standard working hours 25+ per week. Available hours may reduce during periods of low occupancy. Contracted hours can be negotiated and guaranteed.

About the Role

Our Room Attendants play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards to enhance guest satisfaction. In this fast-paced role, you will clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards, change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins, restock amenities, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean mirrors, and sanitize surfaces thoroughly. You will maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries, promptly report maintenance issues, follow supervisor instructions, adhere to safety protocols, ensure guest room security and privacy, and provide professional, respectful service responding promptly to guest requests. We are committed to sustainable cleaning solutions in partnership with ICE UK and Abbe Ltd, reducing our carbon footprint while maintaining quality service.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
