Delano London, opening in late 2026, brings the spirit and celebrated heritage of the iconic Delano Miami Beach to London, reimagined for a new generation. Set overlooking Kensington Gardens, the hotel will feature 67 rooms and suites, Lana Lusa, the legendary Rose Bar and Rose Lounge, alongside The Source wellness offering. We are seeking an exceptional Room Service Attendant to join the pre-opening team of Delano London. You will deliver food, drinks and thoughtful moments directly to our guests' rooms, combining precision and discretion with the warm, intuitive style of hospitality that defines Delano.

Key responsibilities include delivering room service orders promptly and accurately, setting up trays and trolleys beautifully in guest rooms, explaining dishes when appropriate, and ensuring guests have everything they need. You will build confident knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens and dietary requirements to answer questions and make recommendations. Proper use of hot boxes, trolleys and service equipment to protect food quality and presentation is essential.

You will coordinate closely with the order taker, Culinary team and supervisor, communicating delays or guest requests immediately. Follow-up and tray or trolley collection must be completed efficiently while respecting guest privacy and preferences. Processing POS postings, payments and signatures accurately in line with company procedures is required.

Additional duties include supporting VIP amenities, special occasions, minibar or Private Dining tasks when operationally required, maintaining equipment, service areas, linen and supplies in excellent condition, and completing all mise en place and cleaning duties. You will always follow food safety, Health & Safety, security and guest privacy procedures.

Experience
Previous room service, waiting or luxury hotel experience is preferred, or the attitude and potential to succeed in the role.

You are warm, discreet and confident entering guest rooms, understanding the importance of privacy and professionalism. You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in presentation and accuracy. Comfortable working independently while staying closely connected to the wider team, you communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure and respond positively to guest requests. Flexibility to work across a 24-hour operation including early mornings, nights, weekends and key hospitality moments is essential.
