About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at Samsonite, you will represent a globally recognized brand known for innovation, durability, and style in travel solutions. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and embody Samsonite’s brand values in every customer interaction. Key duties include identifying customer travel needs and recommending suitable products, providing accurate product information including features and warranties, and applying the Smiles Selling Standards to ensure a personalized and inspiring service experience. You will also support store performance by understanding budgets, targets, and KPIs, sharing valuable insights, and maintaining premium product presentation and stock control. Operational responsibilities include adhering to cash handling and health & safety policies, completing paperwork accurately, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting environmental policies aligned with Green Mark. Additionally, you will maintain visual merchandising and window displays according to Samsonite’s global standards, stay informed about promotions and marketing campaigns, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and act as a proud brand ambassador.

Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally within premium or travel goods sectors.
