About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at Samsonite, you will represent a globally recognized brand known for innovation, durability, and style in travel solutions. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and embody Samsonite’s brand values in every customer interaction. Key accountabilities include:
- Identifying customer travel needs and recommending suitable Samsonite products
- Providing accurate information about product features, warranties, and after-sales services
- Applying the Smiles Selling Standards and following Samsonite’s customer engagement process
- Building customer loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases through personalized service
- Delivering inspiring service that reflects Samsonite’s commitment to excellence
- Staying informed of store communications, brand updates, budgets, targets, and KPIs
- Sharing insights and feedback to contribute to retail success
- Ensuring accurate pricing, premium product presentation, and stock control
- Minimizing losses and supporting shrinkage goals
- Adhering to operational policies including cash handling and health & safety
- Completing paperwork accurately and maintaining store cleanliness aligned with brand image
- Assisting with merchandising, marketing, and promotions to Samsonite’s global standards
- Communicating clearly and courteously with customers and team members
- Acting as a brand ambassador and following dress code and grooming standards
Reports directly to the Store Manager.

Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in premium or travel goods.

About you
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for travel and brand sensibility. Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 15kg, and use ladders. Computer literacy is required.
