About the Role
Our team at So Resi are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Consultant to join us. You will be responsible for the delivery of sales reservations either across a variety of sites or from a single large scale site within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales with either knowledge of or experience in shared ownership, as well as strong communication skills. You’ll be working closely with both our dedicated Sales Progression team and Marketing team, as well as other departments and/or relevant stakeholders. You will be required to routinely work at weekends to facilitate customer requirements and to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate onsite from the Sales Office/Show home/Head office from Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5.30pm.
- Be responsible for the ongoing management of Sales and Marketing suites and show homes, ensuring high levels of presentation and brand promotion.
- Ensure that all sales enquiries/leads are contacted within 48 hours.
- Arrange and carry out viewings, surveys, completions, and when required home demonstrations.
- Be responsible for the weekly monitoring of all void properties to ensure their ongoing security.
- Ensure that all properties are reserved in accordance with MTVH’s policies and procedures including eligibility, affordability, and compliance requirements.

Experience
- 1 year experience in property sales, ideally in shared ownership sales, but not essential as training will be given.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Experience working with CRM and Sales Management systems.
- Must have own transport and full license and be happy to use for work purposes.

About you
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through all the necessary information required when buying a shared ownership home.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required, but a background in property sales is advantageous.
