This role: Job title Salesforce Solutions Architect Salary: London: £87,630 - £92,243 Nottingham: £75,894 - £79,889 Location The Johnson Building London / Waterfront House Nottingham Working Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:30 Department IT Permanent Full-Time Position About the role: We’re looking for a talented Salesforce Solutions Architect to be a lead figure in developing and implementing Salesforce across our business. Working in an agile, multi-disciplinary project team, you’ll be responsible for working closely with service leads and stakeholders to translate complex services and business processes intong CRM & SFDC solutions and best practices. We have an ambitious multiyear plan to roll-out Salesforce across our services to streamline business processes, increase efficiencies and create a much-improved customer and colleague experience. You’ll be working across directorates on a variety of different business functions and services. You’ll help us improve the foundational contact handling and omni channel experience, as well as develop range of different solutions that enable the marketing, letting and selling of our homes, through to the ongoing management, including income collection to tailored support and wellbeing services for our customers. You’ll also focus on developing our property services, where we’ll be looking to create solutions that help us improve the management and safety of our homes, from compliance work through to enabling customers to request and schedule repairs for their home, powered by Salesforce’s business process and workforce management capabilities. You’ll need to utilise variety of Salesforce products and services to architect solutions, including, but not limited to Service & Sales Cloud and Account Engagement. You’ll have a good understanding of what modern, good digital by default services look like and will be adept at creating Salesforce solutions for now, that are also scalable for the future. The Salesforce Administrator role is fundamental to administering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform.
