About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join our International Property team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing a portfolio of complex and material property placements across London and international insurance markets. Working alongside an established team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes, building strong insurer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the continued development of our International Property proposition. Key Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, risk profiles, strategic objectives and challenges to design and execute effective placement strategies. Structure, negotiate and place complex property risks across London and international insurance markets. Deliver innovative and bespoke placement solutions tailored to clients' needs, leveraging expertise from across WTW including Broking, Client Management, Claims, Risk & Analytics, Sales and Wordings specialists. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, underwriters and key internal stakeholders. Lead market negotiations to secure optimal terms, conditions and pricing for clients. Support and drive new business activity through identifying opportunities, building relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. Prepare and deliver client and prospect presentations to support growth and retention objectives. Contribute to business planning activities and help shape the ongoing development and growth strategy of the International Property team. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of future opportunities through proactive market engagement and relationship management. Provide technical expertise, market insight and subject matter support to colleagues and clients where required. Build a strong internal and external network across WTW, the insurance market and relevant industry specialists. Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, emerging risks and industry trends. Ensure compliance with WTW policies, procedures, FCA requirements and regulatory obligations at all times. Demonstrate effective utilisation of all relevant systems, tools and broking platforms.

Experience
Extensive Property Insurance broking experience with strong exposure to International Property risks and placements. Deep understanding of London and international insurance markets, with established insurer and broker market relationships. Proven track record of winning and developing business while delivering exceptional client outcomes. Experience working with multinational clients and stakeholders across global markets.

Qualifications
ACII qualified or working towards qualification preferred.
