As a Senior Consultant within our Business Advisory team, you will work across core consulting disciplines including Procurement & Supply Chain, Capital Programmes, Investment, Asset Strategy, Sustainability, People & Change, and Digital Transformation, as well as industries such as Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, and Real Estate & Development. You will apply your strong intellect and ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively to demonstrate that we have the right solutions for clients’ most critical challenges.

Your responsibilities will include visioning and strategy development, diagnostic organisation assessments and planning, solution design and implementation, stakeholder management and engagement, benefits articulation and realisation, and delivering an exceptional client experience from project mobilisation through to handover. You will manage workstream resources, support people care and capability development, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive culture on projects. Additionally, you will actively participate in your core capability community of practice, supporting continuous development of methodologies and toolkits, as well as supporting propositions, pursuits, and sales.

Experience
Proven expertise in one or more of our core consulting disciplines and/or industries, with a track record of delivering impactful client solutions. Strong intellect and ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively. Experience in management consulting or advisory roles is essential.

Qualifications
