About the Role
Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our UK & Ireland Commercial Legal team. This team delivers innovative, trusted, and world-class legal services to advance and protect Salesforce's interests while fostering a fulfilling work environment. In this role, you will be a dedicated legal subject matter expert and legal anchor for our Public Sector business, managing high-value cloud and technology transactions across central government, local authorities, healthcare, and higher education. You will work within an established UK & Ireland legal team alongside other Senior Corporate Counsel and wider colleagues.
Key responsibilities include structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements for direct and indirect Public Sector sales routes, focusing on large UK public sector procurements and strategic government framework agreements such as BOS2. You will lead negotiations of Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, Professional Services agreements, and related commercial documentation, ensuring compliance with UK public sector procurement regulations. Partnering with senior sales teams and business stakeholders, you will provide strategic legal guidance to enable high-stakes deals while managing commercial and legal risks. Collaboration with legal teams across EMEA and globally, as well as procurement, finance, and operations teams, is essential. You will also utilize Salesforce's internal systems to track legal cases and manage workflows.
