As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager for EMEA, you will bridge the gap between internal supply chain operations and commercial teams across retailers, franchises, stores, and digital platforms within the Wholesale Channel. Your focus will be on optimising the end-to-end Order to Cash and fulfilment process for Charlotte Tilbury’s skincare and cosmetics portfolio.

You will lead efforts to enhance service levels, drive collaborative growth through superior customer management, logistics execution, and data-driven insights. Your responsibilities include ensuring product availability across UK, European, Middle Eastern, and Australian markets, managing short and mid-term planning (S&OE), and navigating a fast-paced, NPD-driven beauty industry with short product lifecycles.

This role requires a tech-savvy leader experienced with complex systems such as NetSuite/SAP and customer systems, aligning supply chain capabilities with customer requirements. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Supply Chain Managers and planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary supply chain contact for strategic partnerships with major retailer/wholesale accounts, overseeing order management and fulfilment to ensure high OTIF performance, integrating S&OE processes through collaborative planning, facilitating cost optimisation initiatives, and transitioning the team to a proactive, value-added partnership model.

You will leverage ERP and BI tools to translate complex data into actionable insights, tracking service KPIs, inventory health, and supply chain efficiency.

Reporting to the EMEA Supply Chain Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across Charlotte Tilbury’s supply chain and commercial operations.

Experience
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex order to cash and fulfilment processes. Strong background in collaborative planning and customer relationship management.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are mandated; however, relevant supply chain or business qualifications will be advantageous. Training on current systems will be provided.
