About the Role
This is a Senior Executive Assistant role within Nomura's Investment Banking division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role requires the ability to think quickly, prioritise urgent tasks, and demonstrate excellent time management in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to an Investment Banking Executive Committee member, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and arranging domestic and international travel. Responsibilities include preparing and formatting presentation materials, handling expense and invoice processing, supporting onboarding activities, liaising with internal departments, and acting as a first point of contact for senior leaders, clients, and colleagues. Confidentiality and discretion are paramount in this role.

Experience
Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executive level professionals, preferably within an Investment Banking front-office environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications
Right to work in the UK is required. Previous experience in investment banking or a similar financial services environment is highly desirable.
