Location
Greater Manchester – Based at Nexus, 4 Brindley Road, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 9HQ. Hybrid working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office.

£32,188 to £35,593 per annum (Regional salary), dependent on experience

About the Role
Join L&Q’s Housing Management Team as a Senior Home Moves Co-Ordinator and play a key role in delivering an excellent service for residents. You will assist the Home Moves Team in providing a comprehensive, efficient, resident-focused and performance-driven service to prospective, new, and transferring tenants and customers. You will offer additional expertise and support to colleagues handling challenging or complex cases and develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders including HOST, Trafford Council, TDAS, and Housing First.
In this role, you will lead service improvement projects and initiatives within the Home Moves Team, using your experience to ensure high-quality customer service and continuous improvement. You will value customer feedback and use it to enhance the lettings experience.
You will work closely with the Empty Property Team and Trafford Council’s rehousing team to deliver a seamless and effective lettings experience for customers and residents.

Experience
Experience working in a demanding customer-facing housing environment is essential. Experience in lettings and an understanding of lettings policies and procedures is desirable but not essential.
