About the Role
LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider dedicated to delivering trusted services that enable businesses and economies worldwide to fund innovation, manage risk and create jobs. With a presence in 70 countries and a workforce of 25,000, LSEG fosters a culture of growth, diversity, and innovation.
As Senior Manager, Engineering Product Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation of the Data Platforms team, a group of around 1,500 people responsible for sourcing, platforming, and distributing non-real-time data to financial institutions globally. This newly created role partners with engineering leaders to provide frameworks and operational support that enable delivery across an engineering area of 100–300 people.
You will report to the Head of Portfolio & Business Management for Data Platforms and may lead a small team or act as a senior individual contributor. Success in this role requires a product-led mindset combined with operational rigour, data-driven decision making, and a strong sense of ownership over company resources.
Your responsibilities will include running governance forums and quarterly planning cycles, producing executive-level reporting and business cases, driving workforce strategy and contractor management, managing operational risk processes and control adoption, and ensuring financial accuracy, forecasting, and transparency. You will continuously challenge existing processes to find better, simpler ways to operate.
LSEG values integrity, partnership, excellence, and change, and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone can grow and fulfil their potential. Joining LSEG means being part of a dynamic organisation that supports sustainability, community engagement, and employee wellbeing.
