About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team, responsible for managing campaigns, creative activations, and live events.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of creative projects from inception to delivery. You will manage day-to-day project schedules, creative deliverables, internal meetings, and reviews, working closely with creative and account teams to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide a diverse team of creatives, designers, and production specialists, ensuring flawless execution of projects, events, and activations.
You will be a calm, organised, and collaborative professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys working as part of a team. The role involves managing cross-continental teams between the US and UK, requiring effective communication across time zones and managing approvals efficiently.
Key responsibilities include developing project plans, identifying resourcing needs, financial tracking and reporting, monitoring project risks, conducting internal meetings, nurturing strong working relationships within the team and wider agency, and acting as the final checkpoint to maintain high-quality output across all projects. You will also communicate project status internally and externally according to agreed account processes and contribute positively to THE·TEAM's vibrant culture.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years managing briefs from initial briefing through to delivery
- Experience working in a creative agency environment
- Proven track record managing live event delivery or F1 projects is a bonus
- Experience with design identity and rollout is essential
- Strong understanding of project finances including estimating, scoping, timing, tracking, and reporting

- Comfortable working with diverse teams and building strong relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Asana
- Passion for F1 or NFL is a bonus
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required; however, relevant experience in creative project management is essential. A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for delivering excellence are key.
