About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Development Partnerships Team, working on one of our high-profile estate regeneration projects. You will lead across all key workstreams to deliver regeneration objectives, playing a pivotal role in producing phasing and delivery strategies, carrying out financial appraisals, maintaining financial models to ensure viability and support investment decisions, land assembly, stakeholder engagement, design and planning, and procuring and delivering demolition, enabling and main works contracts.

You will be personally committed to the enormous difference that successful regeneration can make to residents and communities. At the heart of this is delivering high quality homes, and you will demonstrate your experience and commercial awareness in managing complex regeneration projects from planning to handover, achieving successful outcomes for the organisation and customers.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex regeneration projects is essential.
- Proficient in negotiating successful commercial outcomes.
- Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex development projects.
- Good understanding of grant funding requirements.
- Experienced in presenting to internal and external committees and forums.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and risk analysis.
- Proficiency in IT tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Competence in financial appraisal tools such as Pamwin.

- Skilled in negotiating with Local Authorities, developers, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications
- Relevant Project Management qualification is desirable.
- Competence in ARGUS Developer is desirable.
- Programme management skills are advantageous.
