About the Role
Join Ferrovial, a global leader in infrastructure, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture delivering critical UK infrastructure projects, including the HS2 Track contract. You will play a key role in the commercial team, managing subcontract accounts, administering NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, supporting risk and opportunity management, and maintaining accurate cost control. This role involves close collaboration with project management, engineering teams, and client representatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, contract budget reports, and support procurement through tender processes. Your expertise will help maximise commercial entitlement and support contract reviews and audit processes. Experience
- Proven experience at Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor level demonstrating strong core commercial skills
- Experience administrating NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract
- Experience managing subcontract accounts and commercial teams
- Ability to produce cost reports, forecasts, and maintain effective cost control
- Experience supporting contract review, risk management, and procurement processes

- Confident team player with the ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, project managers, and designers
- Positive influence within a team environment and willingness to support the development of colleagues
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word

Qualifications
- Desirable: Early Contractor Involvement experience
- Desirable: Experience with target cost contracts
- Desirable: Gained or working towards CICES membership or equivalent
