About the Role
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, founded by British makeup artist and entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury MBE in 2013, has transformed the global beauty industry with its accessible and innovative makeup range. As a Senior Retoucher, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, innovative visuals that elevate the brand identity across diverse platforms. You will be responsible for advanced image retouching including colour correction, composition adjustments, background clean-up, and enhancement of product details while maintaining superior image quality.

Working closely with photographers, 3D artists, art directors, and clients, you will ensure all images meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency. You will utilise industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Helicon, and Capture One, maintain structured file organisation, and adhere to project timelines to ensure timely delivery. Staying updated on emerging trends and techniques in retouching and product photography will be essential to continually enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Creative Retoucher specialising in Beauty, Still Life, and product photography.
- Experience within a creative agency, e-commerce, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Capture One, and Helicon.
- Experience with 3D rendering software is a strong advantage.

- Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, and lighting principles in both product photography and 3D rendering.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with photographers, 3D artists, art directors, and clients.
- Outstanding time management abilities to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A passion for aesthetics and a drive to deliver high-quality, visually stunning images across various mediums.
