About the Role
As the Senior Sales Consultant, you'll be a front-line representative of Metropolitan Thames Valley and have the responsibility for the delivery of the sales budget. You will support the overall resales process and performance, with a focus on sales compliance, ensuring an excellent customer experience culture is embedded throughout the team. Key responsibilities include working with sales consultants and third-party contractors to ensure homes are marketed in accordance with MTVH’s policies, ensuring an excellent Customer Experience culture, building relationships with Financial Advisers and Solicitors, supporting marketing with accurate listings, promoting products at external housing events, and ensuring high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Experience
Experience in a sales and customer service environment, expert knowledge of the sales process, an understanding of the legal process of shared ownership and outright property sales, proven experience of delivering excellent customer care, and IT and numeric literacy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
About you
You are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and have a strong understanding of the sales process. You possess the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
