About the Role

As a Senior Solution Engineer specializing in CPQ software, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture and design of CPQ solutions across CRM and quote-to-cash platforms. You will provide domain leadership in product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and downstream revenue processes, working closely with business partners and project teams to align solutions with CRM engineering and enterprise architecture strategies.

Your role includes evaluating CPQ, CRM, and quote-to-cash technologies to inform future-state architecture decisions, assessing the current Salesforce CRM and CPQ landscape, and defining transition options. You will lead technical solution design, including hands-on CPQ configuration, integration design, prototyping, and validation. Additionally, you will drive CPQ transformation planning, platform assessment, migration strategy, and governance of target-state design. You will produce architecture artefacts and present designs to architecture review boards, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience
8+ years in solution architecture across CRM, CPQ, and quote-to-cash domains.
5+ years of CPQ architecture experience with enterprise CPQ platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ is essential.
Experience with Agentforce Revenue Cloud or alternative enterprise CPQ platforms such as ServiceNow CPQ / Logik.ai, ServiceNow Sales & Order Management, Apttus/Conga CPQ, or Oracle CPQ is highly desirable.
Good understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash journey including product catalogue, configuration, pricing, approvals, contracting, fulfilment, and revenue hand-offs.
Proven ability to convert business requirements into scalable CPQ solution designs using standard platform capabilities and extensions or integrations where necessary.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, Lightning, Apex, APIs, and integrations or equivalent industry experience with ServiceNow CPQ / SOM configuration, Flow Designer, scripting, and IntegrationHub is desirable.
Experience in CPQ transformation, platform evaluation, migration planning, and target-state solution design is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in solution architecture, CRM, CPQ, or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
A strong track record of delivering complex CPQ solutions and transformations is essential.
