About the Role
Securities Operations Change delivers change across the commercial, regulatory and tactical space. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will assist and meet the testing needs of the Equity Clear Ltd and RepoClear Ltd programmes. You will liaise with all relevant teams within EquityClear and RepoClear Ltd and across the organisation to analyse the impact of change. Reporting to the Securities Operations Change Test Manager, you will analyse and coordinate the business-related project testing tasks associated with the MCCP Platform and its infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning and execution of Functional Testing (FT), Regression Testing (RT), Non-Functional Testing (NFT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will perform a wide range of quality control activities to ensure software and technology solutions meet or exceed specified standards and acceptance criteria.
Key duties include providing clear and concise verbal and written reports to the Test Manager and Project Leads, briefing stakeholders and the Head of Securities Operations Change, studying requirements and acceptance criteria, implementing test plans, designing efficient test scenarios with traceability to business requirements, preparing test data, ensuring environment readiness, maintaining and executing tests, managing defects, reporting progress and issues, attending meetings and review sessions, and contributing to the maintenance of testing technologies, tools and frameworks.
You will take ownership of your work, promote best practices, and collaborate with business users to achieve efficient delivery of change through quality assurance across commercial and tactical work streams. Additionally, you will ensure Quality Assurance procedures and SLAs are updated or created where applicable, translate test processes and tooling methodology into wiki/confluence pages, and maintain LSEG internal control standards.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Non-Functional Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Proven ability to perform quality control activities ensuring software solutions meet acceptance criteria. Experience in defect management, test planning, and reporting progress and issues effectively.

Qualifications
