We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Senior Water Engineer to join our Climate Adaptation Design & Engineering team. This team serves a diverse portfolio of clients including Environment Agency, Network Rail, Canal & River Trust, Natural Resources Wales, UK water and sewerage companies, and international partners. The role involves delivering design and consultancy services related to reservoir, canal, river, coastal engineering, and flood defence works. You will work on projects across the UK and internationally, collaborating closely with clients and partners through our network of offices and co-located teams.

Experience
- Proven experience in design, construction, or maintenance of reservoirs, canals, rivers, coastal engineering, or flood defence works.
- Reservoir engineering expertise.
- Hydraulic design of reservoir outlet structures or river engineering.
- Scour assessments and design of mitigation measures.
- Design or construction experience within the UK Civil Engineering sector.
- Knowledge and experience of BIM-led design and Civils 3D.

About you
- Chartered Engineer or committed to working towards Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving project challenges.
- Desire to mentor and develop graduate engineers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline.
