About the Role
ONLS is the London Borough of Newham adult education service providing learning opportunities to residents across the borough. Following the most recent Ofsted inspection in March 2025, we continue to be recognised as a ‘Good’ and high-quality provider. We are seeking dynamic and flexible practitioners across a number of curriculum areas who have a passion for lifelong learning to deliver adult learning provision throughout the Borough of Newham. This role requires commitment to learner success and the ability to inspire and innovate through the use of digital learning technologies. You will contribute to delivering outstanding learning experiences that positively impact learner achievement while actively promoting Equality & Diversity.

Experience
Experience of planning and delivering high quality learning programmes is preferable but not essential.

About you
You will be committed to learner success and motivated to put learners at the centre of your teaching practice. You should be an inspiring and innovative tutor with a strong knowledge and credibility in your subject area. Flexibility to work evenings as required is essential. You will actively promote Equality & Diversity and motivate learners to realise their potential.

Qualifications
A teaching qualification is essential or a willingness to obtain one.
