Location
London Borough of Newham - working across any of the 6 Sheltered Housing schemes within the Independent Living service.

Hours
Permanent role with regular weekend working (at least twice per month). You will be required to cover leave and work flexibly across all schemes.

Salary
£36,693 - £37,794 per annum

About the Role
Newham has 6 Sheltered Housing schemes managed by a small team of officers who provide support and assistance to enable older and vulnerable residents to live independently. This role is demanding and pressured but rewarding, requiring you to maintain the highest standards of service. You will work closely with residents, staff, and external agencies to ensure residents receive the support they need. Daily use of various computer-based systems is required to prepare and maintain up-to-date support plans and relevant documentation. All successful candidates will be required to undertake a Basic Adults DBS check.

Experience
