About the Role
Delano London, opening in late 2026 and inspired by the iconic Delano Miami Beach, is seeking a Part-Time Spa Supervisor to join its visionary hospitality team. Set overlooking Kensington Gardens, the hotel will feature 67 rooms and suites, alongside a distinguished wellness offering called The Source. As Spa Supervisor, you will oversee the coordination of activities within the treatment rooms and spa facilities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate with external providers, housekeeping, and spa reservations to deliver seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards. Your role will be pivotal in guest relations, inventory control, and maintaining a luxurious wellness environment focused on operational excellence and exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities include collaborating daily with the Director of Rooms to provide activity updates and monthly reports, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the spa and equipment, coordinating repairs with housekeeping and engineering, overseeing changing room upkeep, monitoring therapist performance and guest feedback, optimizing spa coverage, managing guest services including greeting guests and resolving issues, overseeing purchase orders and storage, and managing daily revenue reporting through Book4time.

Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness environment, preferably in an upscale or luxury lifestyle brand hotel.
