About the Role
We are seeking a Specialist Housing Coordinator to join our team and provide high-quality, customer-focused support to Specialist Housing Officers. You will implement health and safety procedures, manage fire risk assessments, and create CRM cases to support safe and timely resolution of customer issues. Additionally, you will assist tenants with repairs, service charges, and anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring all actions comply with policy and best practice.
