Community Practice Leaders scale technical sales expertise across the organization, enabling a unified, high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) approach. Our Community Practice Leaders build, nurture, and grow professional networks across Informatica and key strategic partners, aligning them with priority cloud and data use cases. Operating from our London offices, this is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong local initiative, seamless collaboration across matrixed regional teams, and direct executive customer engagement to deliver expert guidance and drive measurable business results across UK/Ireland and broader European markets.

Role and Responsibilities
- Advance Regional & Global Community of Practice (CoP) Goals: Drive the strategic objectives of the Informatica CoP organization to support local technical sales and account teams, facilitating timely communications and community activities across regions.
- Support Strategic Commercial Opportunities: Accelerate complex sales pursuits by creating reusable enterprise assets, coaching field resources, and engaging directly as a trusted advisor with Dutch and European enterprise customers.
- Master GTM Execution: Maintain a deep understanding of GTM messaging, localized market drivers, and regional enablement strategies to enhance the impact of the CoP on overall business growth.
- Foster Cross-Functional Alliances: Establish and maintain robust partnerships across regional Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring regular communication and clear project accountability.
- Drive Platform Engagement: Oversee the development of digital enablement pages (including Seismic) and interactive community initiatives to expand active participation.
- Champion the CoP Mission: Promote the value proposition of the Community of Practice both internally and externally within the local tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with the broader Industry Advisor team and international technical sales leaders to deploy deep architectural and business-value expertise.
Technology You'll Use
- Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including AI/Agentforce, Data Integration, Access Management, Marketplace, Data Governance & Catalog, Master Data Management.
- Sales Enablement Platforms such as Seismic, Slack, and Salesforce CRM.
- Modern Enterprise Tech including Enterprise SaaS, Middleware (PaaS), MuleSoft integration architecture, and IaaS technologies.
Experience
- 5+ years of director-level or senior strategic experience within enterprise software companies.
- Proven success managing multiple complex workstreams and deadlines in a consultative sales context.
- Hands-on experience with data governance including data quality, data profiling, classifications, catalog, data privacy/protection highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills managing initiatives across geographically dispersed, multicultural teams.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, cloud strategies, SaaS, middleware (PaaS), or business analytics.
- Prior knowledge of Informatica technologies and strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and MuleSoft architectures is highly preferred.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills including conducting interviews and building trusted relationships with customers, prospects, industry analysts, sales leaders, and R&D.
About you
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate highly complex technical concepts and data architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing.
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work autonomously.
- GTM and value selling DNA with thorough understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, value-realization frameworks, and GTM processes.
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred to effectively partner with local enterprise clients and stakeholders in the Netherlands.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily focused on regional customer engagement with occasional global travel.

- Degree or equivalent practical experience.
