About the Role
At Salesforce, we are seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as an Apromore Solution Engineer with a strong technical background and deep expertise in process intelligence, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between process perception and reality, designing bespoke B2B solutions and acting as a trusted technical advisor to guide enterprise clients safely through their automation and Agentic AI adoption journey.

As enterprises scale AI, Apromore enables systematic discovery, de-risking, deployment, and governance of Agentic AI automation.

As a key technical anchor within the Apromore Specialist team, you will partner directly with Account Executives to advance and close enterprise opportunities by establishing deep technical credibility. This hands-on, high-impact role requires pre-sales depth and engineering mastery, targeting enterprise clients scaling AI into production by leveraging Apromore's process intelligence capabilities to identify high-ROI use cases for AI agents.

Your responsibilities will include running comprehensive technical discovery sessions, prototyping and building Proof of Concepts, guiding customers on data connectivity and architecture, delivering value-based technical messaging, de-risking Agentic AI deployments, leading training and consultancy projects, and scaling engineering impact through reusable assets and mentoring.

Experience
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical selling roles such as Solution Engineer, Technical/Solution Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer, or in technical project delivery roles.
- Expertise in process intelligence including process analytics, process mining, task mining, process simulation, and data-driven business process management.
- Strong data engineering skills with experience in SQL, Python, building data pipelines, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
- Proven ability to connect and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders from C-suite executives to IT and database teams.
