About the Role
The Governing Body at St John Evangelist Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a compassionate and enthusiastic midday meals supervisor to join our committed, aspirational Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) staff team. St John Evangelist Catholic Primary School is a happy and caring school where our children are at the centre of all we do. We aim to foster a sense of belonging and responsibility to the school, parish and wider community in which we reside. You will supervise young children during their lunchtime, ensuring their safety, encouraging good behaviour, developing their play and interaction skills, and supporting them as they eat. The successful candidate will start in October 2026 (date to be confirmed).

Experience
Previous experience working with young children is desirable but not essential. A caring and patient approach is vital.

Qualifications
There are no formal qualifications required for this role, however experience or training related to working with children or in a school environment would be advantageous.
