We are hiring a Store Operations Manager to join our flagship Sloane Street team. This role is integral to delivering a seamless luxury retail experience by leading all back-of-house operations with precision, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail. Through your passion for Burberry and commitment to operational excellence, you will ensure the store team is fully supported to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Working collaboratively across departments and with external partners, you will help create an environment where service, craftsmanship and performance can thrive.

Key responsibilities include leading and overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and compliant store processes, delivering exceptional support to store teams for a seamless customer experience, maintaining high standards of organisation, stock accuracy and operational excellence, building strong relationships with internal departments and external service providers, monitoring operational activities to identify opportunities for improvement, and championing Burberry standards by fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability and attention to detail.

Experience
Previous experience in retail operations, preferably within a luxury, premium retail or customer-focused environment.
