Location
The Old Town Hall, Catford, London, SE6 4RU. This role operates a hybrid working approach, requiring regular work both in the office and from home.
Hours
Full Time - not open to job share.
Salary
£45,696 - £47,367 per annum (PO1). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade unless matching current salary with evidential proof.
About the Role
Join Lewisham’s Integrated Adolescent Service as a Systemic Practitioner and play a key role in delivering high-quality, relational interventions to children, young people, and families. You will apply systemic, trauma-informed, anti-racist, restorative, and contextual approaches to support meaningful change, improve emotional wellbeing, and promote safety. Working within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will contribute systemic thinking to assessments, planning, and interventions, participate in reflective practice, and help develop an innovative, learning-oriented service. This role is ideal for practitioners passionate about collaborative, strengths-based work that makes a real difference in the lives of diverse adolescents and their families. Experience
Proven experience working systemically with adolescents and families, applying trauma-informed, anti-racist, restorative, and contextual approaches in practice.

You are a reflective, relational practitioner with strong systemic theory grounding. You are skilled at building trusting relationships, curious in your thinking, and confident using systemic tools such as genograms and relational formulations to support meaningful change. You work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, contribute actively to reflective practice, and champion inclusive, culturally responsive approaches. You are emotionally intelligent, resilient, and motivated to strengthen safety, wellbeing, and relational outcomes for young people.
Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications and experience in systemic practice or related fields are expected. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
