About the Role
Reporting to the Creative Campaign’s Manager, you will be an integral part of the wider social team, playing a key role in identifying the best new talent to join our growing network of strong brand advocates. You will support the Menswear team with all administrative tasks and assist the Talent + PR Co-ordinator with PR, gifting, and influencer outreach. Responsibilities include managing gifting (paid and unpaid), send-outs, following up with influencers for imagery and content, responding to social media comments and DMs, and assisting with hosting showrooms and PR events. You will lead on seeding by finding the coolest new talent and proactively spotting and maximising gifting opportunities. Working closely with the Senior Creative Lead and wider team, you will help refine the Instagram Wishlist and make gifting suggestions. You will also conduct research to keep the company ahead of the competition by discovering the hottest new talent across social platforms, including models, props, small businesses, and collaborations. In the absence of the Talent + PR Co-ordinator, you will analyse men’s social metrics and produce creative, engaging weekly reports, as well as monitor and report on brand coverage across digital and print media. Administrative duties include creating boards and collating UGC imagery, tracking deliveries and returns of gifted items, accurate use of Torque portal and Airtable systems, packing gift boxes for press and influencers, creating UPS labels and invoices, and correctly using gifting tech systems. You will also assist with general team tasks during busy periods such as events and pop-ups.
